Sammy Smith

CEO

Mr. Smith is an entrepreneur with 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Sammy owns and oversees the entire operation of S&S Concrete and Construction, Inc. He is the senior estimator.

Sabrina Smith

CFO, COO

Mrs. Smith has fifteen years of experience in business administration and finance, in the construction industry. She has extensive experience in Federal Contracts and specializes in organizational structuring, scheduling, strategic planning finance, accounting and our project management systems.

Jeff Fowler Corporate Health Safety/Environmental

Director

Mr. Fowler is an Air Force Veteran, with over thirty years of experience in electrical, telecommunications, construction management, design, and project management. His duties include using RS Means and Gordian estimating programs for completion of estimates. Mr. Fowler holds the following certifications: EM 385-1 Site Safety Health Officer, OSHA 30, USACE CQM, Asbestos Abatement, Lead Abatement, HAZCOM, MCLB, Albany Environmental Management Systems, and First Aid/CPR. He also has an Associate's of Applied Science in Avionic Electronics.

Donald Lowe

Project Manager

Mr. Lowe is a Project Manager with twenty years of experience. He is extremely proficient in all aspects of project management, and operations in the construction industry. Mr. Lowe has learned by climbing the corporate ladder, as he started in the industry as a laborer. As Donald has learned each skill he has been continually promoted to his current position of project manager. His experience includes labor coordination, materials management, and overall management of projects.

Christopher Smith

Project Manager

Mr. Smith is a Project Manager with over seventeen years of broad construction experience with overall responsibility for projects including estimating, project administration, negotiations and project management. One of his many strong suits is his exceptional ability to operate all types of equipment which is a huge asset for S&S. Mr. Smith holds the following certifications: EM 385-1 Site Safety Health Officer, OSHA 30, USACE CQM, HAZCOM, and First Aid/CPR.

Donald Frey

Project Manager

Mr. Frey has over 30 years experience in the construction field. He was a self-employed entrepreneur for 20 of those years and had a long working relationship with Sammy as a subcontractor to S&S Concrete and Construction, Inc. Due to this valued relationship, Donald decided to become part of the S&S team. He is known by many as a craftsman due to his keen attention to detail. Mr. Frey also holds the following certifications: First Aid/CPR.
